Questions
Can I quote decorating without visiting?
For most rooms, yes. Photos plus the room size give you enough to price it. For bigger jobs you can send a photo quote as a guide price and confirm it on a quick visit.
Can I quote exterior painting?
Yes. Ask for photos of each side of the house and add masonry paint, fascias, windows and access equipment to your price list.
Do I need to be VAT registered?
No. Turn VAT on or off in your settings and quotes show the right totals either way.
Do I need photos to send a quote?
No. If you're already on site, tick "I'm on site already" when you start the quote and go straight to your prices. You can add your own photos for a record, or none at all. The customer still gets the same quote with an Accept button and deposit link.
