Questions
How do customers know the size of their drive?
Most people can give you a rough length and width, or the number of cars it takes. The photo tells you if they've got it badly wrong, and you can adjust the quote before you send it.
Can I quote for houses, walls and roofs too?
Yes. Add soft washing, render cleaning, roof moss removal or anything else you do to your price list and tap it onto the quote.
Can I take a deposit for big jobs?
Yes. The customer accepts on their phone and pays the deposit by card there and then, straight into your own Stripe account.
Do I need photos to send a quote?
No. If you're already on site, tick "I'm on site already" when you start the quote and go straight to your prices. You can add your own photos for a record, or none at all. The customer still gets the same quote with an Accept button and deposit link.
